Programmes Coordinator
ProgrammesLead the planning and execution of our environmental programmes including tree planting, clean-ups, and education drives. Work closely with volunteers, partners, and communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Development Studies, or related field
- 3+ years experience in project coordination or programme management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for environmental sustainability and youth empowerment
Environmental Education Officer
EducationDevelop and deliver environmental education sessions in schools and communities. Create curriculum materials and train volunteer facilitators.
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Environmental Science, or related field
- Teaching or facilitation experience preferred
- Ability to create engaging educational content
- Willingness to travel to schools across Greater Accra
Communications and Social Media Officer
CommunicationsManage GAIN's social media presence, create content, and tell the stories of our impact. Develop communications strategies for campaigns and events.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years experience in social media management
- Content creation skills (writing, photography, basic video editing)
- Knowledge of environmental issues in Ghana
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
ImpactDesign and implement M&E frameworks for our programmes. Collect, analyze, and report on impact data to measure effectiveness and inform strategy.
Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Development Studies, or related field
- Experience in M&E for NGO or development projects
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of environmental indicators preferred
Volunteer Coordinator
ProgrammesRecruit, train, and manage GAIN's volunteer network. Coordinate volunteer schedules for events and campaigns and ensure a positive volunteer experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field
- Experience in volunteer management or community mobilization
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Weekend availability for events
Fundraising and Partnerships Officer
DevelopmentDevelop and implement fundraising strategies. Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and corporate sponsors.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, or related field
- 3+ years experience in fundraising or business development
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience with grant writing preferred
